Het nieuwe een zits- en eVTOL-voertuig Jetson One kan een snelheid van 101 km/u bereiken.

Jetson AB is a Swedish startup founded in 2017 specializing in electric vertical take-off and landing vehicles eVTOL. By developing smaller eVTOLs, Jetson claims to be the only competitor in the market to offer commercially available EVs for personal use.

Jetson, the lead company behind Jetson One, claims to have sold all eVTOL production for 2022 and ordered 100 more for delivery in 2023.

Swedish company eVTOL has received more than 3,000 pre-orders since the one-man machine was officially unveiled in October last year.

Jetson's One is a single-seater eVTOL vehicle that weighs just 86kg thanks to its lightweight, racecar-inspired aluminum space frame and carbon kevlar body. Powered by eight electric motors, the vehicle reaches a maximum speed of 101 km with a total flight time of 20 minutes.

The machine is one of the first eVTOL vehicles for personal use, with Jetson One orders from around the world. Each buyer's hometown or region is listed on the company's website and is particularly popular in California and the Middle East.

The company is now seeking new investments and they hope to grow the business by 2022 by hiring new employees.

Pricing for the Jetson One starts at $92,000 with a $22,000 deposit, and early buyers can expect the Jetson ONE to begin shipping later this year.
